Summary: The place was nice and convenient. We sold our home and needed a place to stay to let the kids finish out school. Beds were comfortable and the bath tub was perfect with the water heating up fast. With any communication to property owner, there was fast responses.

Summary: A very nice, very clean place to stay. There were lots of extra touches and amenities that I wish all rentals had. My only wish was that it was closer to St. Francisville. That’s obviously not the owners problem, it was mine because I thought it was closer than it actually was. Again, I didn’t research it enough so that completely my fault.If you are looking for a really nice, really clean place to stay with above average amenities, this is the place for you. If you are going to visit St. Francisville and stay here just know it’s a 20 minute drive. After staying here though I will say it was worth the extra drive to get to town.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay more than I deserved. After being in the town for business, it was nice to come "home" to a relaxing and clean environment where I could unwind from the chaos. Thank you for making my time with you a place I'd like to return to.

Summary: Every creature comfort made available!! Only one thing - there is an unpleasant odor in the half bath. I believe it’s sewer gas maybe. Otherwise, wonderful!!

Summary: So many things we loved about this townhouse—the location, the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels! We came to New Roads for a girls trip and it was the perfect venue for the three of us. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property was cute and very convenient for our needs. We were getting work done on our house. The location allowed for my oldest to still ride the bus to school, which allowed me to get the youngest to school on time as well. There was plenty of space to have our family spread out. The water was great with the hot water working very nicely. The bath tub was amazing. Ac worked perfectly.
